Our 'floor' sales representatives can bring fun and excitement to your venue! 

We are here to add value to your venue and our services are completely free of charge. We will boost your drinks sales, increase your revenue, promote your events and build a rapport with your customers, staff, and management team. 

Rosies Shots and Champagne staff a variety of venues across Birmingham and the West Midlands with 'floor' sales representatives, more commonly known as hosts/hostesses, or bottle/shot guys and girls. Due to our success in the venues we currently staff, we are keen to branch out further. 

We are an experienced drinks promotion company and we already work with a number of different venues across the UK. The business is expanding and it’s so exciting. We manage our staff extremely well and maintain regular contact with all the venues we work with. We’re available day and night and will regularly visit your establishment to ensure you are happy with the service provided by our staff. 

We pride ourselves on having a vigorous recruitment process, thorough training and a well-managed staff team who are approachable, friendly, trustworthy, helpful, fun and reliable. Our services can be tailored to your specific needs and we can adapt drinks promotions to suit your business. All alcohol is provided by the venue; we simply pay you for the drinks sold per shift.
